Adair soon got bored and put the basketball on the rack, pushing some hair out of his face.

Asteria sighed and sat down, pushing her face into the book again.

Adair went and walked slowly around the edge of camp, humming a tune while he did so. Brushing his hair out of his eyes so often.

Asteria had taken residence outside of the border, near Thalia's Tree. Her mind completely focused on the book in her hands.

Adair made his way to his cabin to put a shirt on, a chilly breeze rolling into camp.

Asteria relaxed at the shift in temperature. Warmth was too discomforting for a child of Chione.

Adair looked up at the graying sky and say that rain clouds were pulling up. "It's going to rain soon I think..." He said and shrugged his shoulders, continuing his walking around camp

Asteria stayed where she sat, perfectly comfortable with the grass as a seat and the book for her entertainment.

Adair stretched his arms above his head and his whole body quivered with the delight of the muscles stretching.

Boredom quickly set in for the young daughter of Chione and she closed the book, quickly. She looked around the camp, trying to find something to do that wouldn't involve interaction with other demigods.

His arms swung freely by his sides and he looked around camp for something interesting to do.

Asteria stood up and walked over to the basketball courts, since she had nothing better to do. She took her jacket off, put her book down, and tied her hair up before going to get a ball from the racks near the side of the court. She dribbled a little bit, knowing every move to make since she was on the girl's basketball team for a while. After a bit of fake playing with invisible entities, she made a shot for the basket, but it only bounced off the rim and away from her. For a moment, she just watched it roll before she picked it up and tried again.

Adair saw her playing at the basketball courts. He couldn't see who it was really but it filled him with curiosity. Women don't usually play basketball, it's a rare coincidence here. I'm going to go check this out. He thought and started to make his way over to the court, rubbing the stubble that had formed on his face.

Asteria made two baskets in a row before she began her miss streak again. After a few shots, she stopped and sighed, that same white mist tumbling past her lips as she did so. She took a few more shots before putting the ball away and letting her hair down again. Once again, she just stared at the rack, remembering the laughs she shared with her friends during winter, and felt a strange sadness creep over her.

Adair put his hands on ball in front of her. "A girl playing basketball here, that isn't a normal thing. And is there a reason that your looking at the balls with such sadness?" He said and looked at her, raising an eyebrow.
