The girl had been so, high on life. It had just become a way of life, and so quickly she was thrusted to the bottom, to the lowliest of the low. As if someone had mistaken the ground she was standing on as a lose plank of wood under a noose and was kicked aside. Or at least that's how she felt. Ace would dwell on everything weather or not it was bad or good it didn't matter, she received it as bad and worried about it.
The day was perfectly fine it was warm for the time of year and the sun was out, but for Ace it may have well have been thundering out. She made everything awful sounding. Not even meaning to. She took life for granted. But she would have been grateful for someone to talk to . She'd had those someones over time and lost them, and they dug into her heart like a rope with a nail on the end, tug tug tugging.
Her now cracked and broken but yet prized goggles hung against her neck as if a necklace. Her blue hair fell over her shoulders. She sighed and bit her lip sitting down next to the cabin she called her home.
Pessimistic just as everyday.
((Yeah, reb please just respond to this.))

Trent sat against a tree, his guitar resting in his lap. His lips moved to create sweet melodies while the strings vibrated to accommodate his voice. He closed his eyes, losing himself amongst the jumble of notes.

Ace frowned. God she was miserable. but the things was, she was miserable for the sake of being miserable and that was just plain stupid. but Ace wasn't the smartest thing either.

Ace sighed and stood up, dusting herself off, god she needed to take a walk. So she started to walk, no wear in particular just to avoid people.

Trent's voice rang out nicely and bounced off a few of the trees creating a small echo while he played.

Ace heard him, and she was semi intrigued to go check it out, but she was much to much of a pessimist to do that.

"Because tonight will be the night that I will fall for you, over aga-ain, don't make me change my mind. Or I won't live to see another day, I swear it's true. A girl like you's impossible to find, you're impossible to find." he finished, strumming the last note. Trent smiled in his own satisfied way and looked around.

Trent scoffed. "They'll come soon enough." he muttered, starting to play Love Drunk by Boys Like Girls.

Ace would walk around for a while before allowing her curiosity to get the better of her she decided to find out who was playing guitar.

Trent sang along, closing his eyes eventually. He just relaxed and paid attention to the music he played and not who was listening.

Trent got tired and hungry eventually and packed up his guitar. He flipped his bangs out of his eyes and headed back towards camp with his case on his back.

Ace watched him walk away, she shrugged, and continued her walk, walking towards the lake.
